Our basic management philosophy is customer satisfaction. How do we achieve this? By keeping costs down to a minimum while delivering goods that are worthy of the Trend Tip name. Satisfied clients are those who get what they pay for and we make sure that we fulfill orders down to the last requirement. On the other end of the spectrum, we keep our factory workers happy by providing good living conditions and following the labor laws. Humane treatment is a pre-requisite - without our workers, we will not be where we are. We welcome customers to visit our factories. In the future, we will continue to offer OEM and ODM services for many products, and intend to maintain the current strong presence we have in the U.S.A. and Europe
